I recently returned to this hotel for my second stay, expecting a nice experience but ended up quite disappointed again. While the upgrade to a spacious Club room with a private garden was a nice touch, and I enjoyed the serene location, the service and state of the facilities left much to be desired. There's a lot of potential here, but they really need to address several issues to meet the standards of an international resort.

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. The first room I was given was dirty, and the shower was broken. I had a difficult time getting moved to another room, which also had issues. On the bright side, the grounds were nice and the area had some beautiful views, but this definitely wasn't enough to redeem my stay. I won't be returning.
