I recently returned to this hotel for my second stay, expecting a nice experience but ended up quite disappointed again. While the upgrade to a spacious Club room with a private garden was a nice touch, and I enjoyed the serene location, the service and state of the facilities left much to be desired. There's a lot of potential here, but they really need to address several issues to meet the standards of an international resort.

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. The first room I was given was dirty, and the shower was broken. I had a difficult time getting moved to another room, which also had issues.
